30 Day Challenge

As you know I have added a new hero to my line up after participating in Tony Robins Unleash the Power Within.  Tony says All you have is time and energy and that where your focus goes your energy flows. He also says take massive action, I love that idea as I usually think is little steps. So what does it look like to take massive action in your life as a spouse, parent, with your finances?

Great achievements require great sacrifice and discipline.

Here’s a 30-day challenge for you to increase, your, energy levels…

“Take Massive Action” Tony Robbins

When Tony Robbins takes on a high-end coaching client… he starts with them taking control of their body.  If they don’t… he knows he can’t work with them and they’re undeserved of his time. Hint: if you do this over an extended period of time, you will grow in your business and increase your income EVERY SINGLE TIME regardless of the state of the world.

 So, here’s my 30-day challenge for you and one you can pass on to any friends or family members:

Possibly save your life if you contract the dreaded virus.

  • Wake up early enough that you have one hour to yourself in the AM
  • Have a glass of hot water with lemon juice instead of coffee in the morning (yep you know this was hard for me but I feel so much better I rarely ever drink coffee anymore)  
  • Have a green smoothie as the first meal in your day (prepare at night or pay someone to prepare and drop off to you so there are no excuses – leave time for the bathroom HAHA)
  • 30 minutes of exercise in the morning (before you look at your phone or an email). Super important you AVOID INJURY… start light and increase over your 30 days.
  • Cold Shower every AM (cold water improves mood 100% of the time and will make you feel great afterwards – cold water is a MUST for anyone with depression)
  • Write down 3 things you’re grateful for before work (different three each day and some should include the basics like clean oxygen you get to breathe, the green grass, flowers, your heart beating etc…) Put them in the notes section on your phone and watch the list grow,
  • Read at least 2 books on Business, Marketing, Biographies, or Wealth
  • Take, at least, one page of notes (never read a book without taking notes. A book I’ve read to the end has post it notes, pen scribble and bent pages all over the place)
  • Drink 8 glasses of water per day (ideally more but let’s walk before we run)
  • No junk food (yes, you can handle it and on about day 3 the cravings will stop. This accomplishment, alone, will make you feel great and sleep much better)
